Refund policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of hay and straw, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at Trevor.Johnson@goldbuckleco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed due to carrier error, please reach out and we’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses.
